Is it possiable to do a Keto diet with Vegetarianisim?
A brief rundown of it is like 2 weeks with <10g to 30g of carbs, then Load on carbs for a weekend, then repeat the process.
Unless you are insulin-resistant or epileptic, why are you looking at a ketogenic diet?
So I can strip body fat while working out.

You'll do that with any normal diet that offers you a reasonable calorie deficit. There's nothing especially magical about a ketogenic diet in that regard, and they are rather hard to stick to (I speak from experience here). They will also tend to produce a large nitrogen load on your kidneys.
You can have very good results simply by limiting sugar and white flour and processed foods, and then making sure you get enough fiber and protein.
Yeh its definitely possible, my friend did it and lost 15kg
It does get a little harder without eating meat but I am currently eating tempeh, tofu and I want to investigate seitan... hopefully u eat eggs and dairy

The only reason one would do a ketogenic diet is if you've got medical reasons, or for the final few weeks of contest prep for a bodybuilding show. And for bodybuilding, the keto diet is more about carb and water manipulation than fat loss which is accomplished quite handily through diet and heavy drug abuse.
You can do it I suppose, but like Behanna I don't see the point unless you're getting ready to go on stage in the next 4 weeks.
You might want to talk about your current diet and why it's not working. Then explain why depleting your glycogen stores (water weight) will somehow, answer the first question.
