Hi, I am a 32 year old woman, 165cm tall and 64kg from Turkiye. I have been using calorie count for a week for keeping my food intake and exercise in control.
Till a year ago I used to take taeboo classes 3 times a week but due to my working schedule I stopped and I gained 6kg. Now I want to loose this 6kg in few months and get fit as I was before.
I am applying the following plan: Keeping my diet around 1200 cal, eating carb prior to exercising and protein after. Walking 30 minutes (5 times a week) during lunch breaks before lunch. And 3 times a week taking different 60 min long cardio lessons (normal to intense) at gym after 7pm.
In the past I was just keeping my weight but could not loose weight while exercising regularly without dieting. When I do dieting then I don't have enough energy to exercise, this is my problem! & nbsp; &nbs p; & nbsp; &nbs p; & nbsp; &nbs p; & nbsp;
I am wondering if I am doing right to do this much exercise while trying to keep my calories around 1200... Am I doing something wrong?
