So I know you can only weight train the same body part every other day...
but how about leg lifts on the floor? How often can you do these to tone your legs? Or leg lifts with a resistance band?
How about push-ups? Every day? Every other day? Or arm work with a resistance band?
Crunches?

I am using the yoga booty ballet, I have went from my size 12 jeans which I was having a problem just sitting in to my size 10 jeans (which I had put away for the last year), in three weeks. I read reviews on it and many people do not like it, but I really like it. It keeps me motivated and I like the routines. I just skip the intention at the beginning and end of each section.
the booty ballet girls annoy the hell out of me...but i like the exercise!
