So I could use some advice from anyone. But for the last 1 1/2 months I have been trying to lose weight and have not.
I am 5 7 and weigh 200 I have been eating about 1400 calories a day and I walk 2.5 miles a day 6 days a week. I have not lost one pound.
Any feedback would be greatful..
How long does it take you to walk 2.5 miles a day? Just curious.
I had the exact same stats as you. Look at my profile. I can tell you right now that you're not eating enough. I'd go to almost 1800 calories for now. Also, make sure you are drinking lots of H2O.
My 2.5 miles is in 35min. I wondered about the calorie intak after reading other posts. I will start with that and see if it works. Thanks
Try switching things up. Your body is probably fairly accustomed to your routine walk, so try some new exercises. Cycling, swimming, elliptical, whatever you want. It will also help you tremendously to start a good strength training program. Adding muscle will give you a firmer body and help you burn more calories each day.
