The tale of Old Dominion begins in 1989 with a man and a dream. That man was Jerry Bailey. Like a lot of folks in the DC metro area, he had a 9-5 job with the Federal Government. Working for the US Agency for International Development, Jerry?s dedication, integrity, and big heart helped to aid families in several foreign countries. Although content with his life, he longed for something greater. |
