What have you done that has gotten GREAT RESULTS?

I'm the same! Am going to Monaco on the 23rd and need to be in a bikini!

I've started drinking 1.5l of water a day, I'm cutting out all alcohol, am going jogging for 45 minutes a day and doing 150 situps.

Basically just super healthy.. I hope it works a little bit at least as I feel I've left it rather late!

WOuld love to know if there are any really good tips as well though..

Every day I do a little something that works my abs.  (even if I don't go to the gym that day)  I hate plain situps so on my ipod I listen to good music and do some kind of ab excersize for the whole song.  It works so much better than counting reps.  If I count to 20 it seems like 18 and 19 get harder and I can barely get to 20, but if I'm going for the whole song, my mind keeps me off of the number of reps and I end up doing the excersise for 3 to 4 minutes!  The key is to find a song where the beat works with what you are doing.  Its much more fun!  And don't get discouraged...every single workout helps whether you see it or not.  One day it will take you by surprise and all of your hard work will  be worth it!

First don't put mondel pic up it can discourage you, just thought i woul dput that out there, it didn't really help for me. Right now i am drinking green tea ( not from a carton), you just put liek have a glass with steaming water and let the tea bag ( i have pickwick) and let it sit for 3-4 minutes. Then have a big glass filled with  A LOT of ice cubes. I then put 1.25 teaspoons of sugar and mixed, not the best but full of antioxidents. I then have has two "meals". One was right before 7 and it was basically just an egg white with salt pepper and crazy salt. Then i danced liek crazy for 3 minutes and burned it off. Now at 7:50 i did the same thing and burned off the egg listening to jai ho. Actually you burn off more.

It's greattt because the food gets your metabalism going and dancing gets your heart rate up so metablism is workign faster for both of them!

Seeing as how the love handles are likely because of excess fat, I would recommend doing some cardio and watching what you eat.  Make sure to use the calorie target tool on this site and then do some additional cardio to help burn the fat.  Some abdominal exercises would be good too (try some planks, they work great). 

By the way, I live in Italy (Rome) and have been to Tuscany many times.  It is absolutely gorgeous...I hope you have a WONDERFUL time.

Well... unfortunately your goal of losing love handles BY June 20... is slightly far fetched, you can certainly lose some of that "giggle" throughout the summer! First thing you must do is evaluate what you are eating... and then cut out all processed foods like white breads, pastas, rice, cereal, crackers, donuts, cake, ice cream, etc... and replace these foods with highly nutritious foods like vegetables, high quality protein, healthy fats & low-sugar fruits. 

You should also adopt a walking program in which you try to get at least 10,000 steps a day which is around 75 to 80 minutes of walking daily @ a pace of 3 mph or so. 

Drinking Loads of water definitely helps as well, as well as drinking plain green/black/white/oolong tea & black coffee (sweetened with calorie free sweetener). 

If you adopt this lifestyle your love handles will eventually fade although probably not by June 20... unfortunately - but that doesn't mean you wont obtain tons of energy that will encourage you to keep at it! 

My solution to not having a Bikini body...Rash Guard Swim wear.  :)  My DP thinks they are way sexier anyways. 

I really don't have much other advice other than what everyone else has suggested.  Just remember when you want quick result you are likely to quit and gain it all back more quickly.

There is an exercise where you hold a broom above your head and bend from side to side.  I did a search on the best love handle exercises and found it. I have been doing it for a few weeks now I do this exercise 4 or 5 times a day to one song. The first few days I was extremely sore so I am assuming that it doing something. It seems like they have gotten smaller. I just can't get rid of my belly ( have had 4 children). I use the ab-lounger which seems to have helped some. My waists is getting smaller with no weight loss but still got a belly.

Be consistent!  I try to do a 5-10 minute ab routine every morning before I go to work, or if I oversleep, then I will do it after work.  Just stick with a good plan with realistic goals for calorie intake and workouts, and you'll get there!  (haha I know that sounds ridiculously easy in that sentence, but it's worth the work you put into it!)  Also, fit in any little bit of exercise any chance you get.  It will all add up.

I agree with rfreiday.... every bit of exercise will add up :)
