this list is from the 24th to the 7th august.. i thought i would add up the treats i have had over the past 2weeks and my god.. .you just dont think it would add up to tht much! hehe just showing how easy it is for these things to add up!! haha i wonder about the cals if i added them all up.........

1 mocha coffee (had Hydroginsed fat in it EAK)
3  tesco short cakes
1 rose chocolate
41 mints
1 cohocoalte biscuit
slice of birthday cake (fruit)
2 Diet coke
1 hobnob
2 slimfast snack bars
14 block of cadburys chocolate
5 weathers orginals
one brownie (60g)
4 digestives
1 coffee caramal biscuit
1 shot 50ml tia meria
1 weight watchers sundae

you call a diet coke a treat?  I am a horrible horrible person...I have diet coke like every day
 but everyday is cool too i guess!! i mean, i have my tea everyday.... thats my version of caffine hit!!

I have some kind of treat almost every day, otherwise I'd never manage to hit my daily calories.

mind you, I consider treats to be stuff like a baked apple sprinkled with a wee bit of brown sugar and cinnamon. mmmmmm...throw a plop of fat free cool whip and some chopped almonds or kashi golean crunch on that, and you have DESSERT!
i love that type of thing Choco! sad thing is though i can never get the ingredents. I might have one, then lose the other it pisses me off lol. but i love healthy deserts 

 recently though i have relaxed into biscuits.. not good not good. No nutratints, nothing good in them at all! i know this! I need inspiration on easy to trasport healhy snack foods i think
bwahahahaha! my secret is that I do the grocery shopping. XD

I like cookies and biscuits too-just not enough to forgo my ice cream-even if it is fat free and no sugar added. ^_^
oh man choco, that sounds sooo good (errm minus the cool whip, i dont do the dairy deal).  i think i might even do that tonight... i have apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts. and i love walnuts. theyre so good (and bad)... but good!  I might also have granola instead. God, how long do you bake apples? 
applejunkie: 2-4 minutes, depending on your microwave.  Or you could be cool and do it in the oven and it'll probably be better.... I don't have an oven right now. =(  But those apples are awesome.  Use plenty of cinnamon, it's very key.  I even forgo the brown sugar if the apple is sweet enough, but it does give it a nice carmelly flavour.

han: don't sweat it, girl!!  yeah, add it up, it looks bad.  but spread it out over 2 weeks and that's perfectly reasonable!! especially when you're seeing such awesome progress as you have lately.  give yourself a break, hon!  eat those biscuits.  just not multiple biscuits every day though. =)
hehe Tinamkz, dont you worry im not worried about it that much! i just wanted to post how much it looks and stuff :D but im realy gonna start getting back to apples and bannnas as treats. I have got back into biscuits after the happy discovry mostt now dont have Hydroginsed fat in them!! :D
