I don't agree with the analysis.
Okay, so I'm really mad at myself right now. Today I went out to eat and started out with a salad (it was a buffet) and I was like, completely stuffed. I couldn't eat till dinner when I became the slightest bit hungry, so I had half a burtolli meal (Yum, I love them :D). So I didn't even realize, because I figured the burtolli was like 1000 calories, which would be good, but it wasn't, so I only ate about 500 calories today, which I'm mad about. I've been really thirsty though, I've been drinking out of an empty large Gatorade bottle with water (and lemon ;D).Well, don't yell at me for not eating, I'm already yelling at myself, and others could just make it worse.
My real question is that when I read my analysis, it said I got an A on my nutrition. I got a 27, 19, 52 (Yes I eat too many carbs, but I always say "I'm an italian, what do you expect?"). It gave me an A although I did not eat enough calories. Can you really accept this?
Also, I believe part of my problem is that I stayed up all night, and didn't eat anything. Anybody else get super hungry at night? I was, but I couldn't go get something because the rents were sleeping. So is it possible that I gained some unbelievable sense of self control? Or just my sleep deprivation?
In account to getting no sleep, I had a 3 hour period today in which I was constantly active, had a uncontrollable amount of energy. So I really don't know.
Help?
*Oh, and by the way, because I normally get no exercise, I live on about 1,500 calories a day with an A- ![]()
It doesn't consider the amount you eat, it only considers the grade each item has. Make sure you eat plenty tomorrow to avoid starvation mode.
It has also happened to me on many occasions that if I am not able to eat when I am hungry, my appetite signals just shut down and I can go for a long time without thinking about food. Safe thing to do is to eat as soon as you can, even without feeling hungry - you will find your appetite quickly reverts to normal.

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
