I dont have to....its my birthday!!!

Hehehe well not today but it was last saturday. Anyhow on a serious level, all last week I did not exercise due to it being my "birthday week". My question is, will not working out for a week effect my muscles? Will I lose mass if I dont work out for a week straight? Will it effect my endurance level?

I dont think so cause i took 2 weeks of fstriaght and was able to do just as much when starting again

I didn't work out all last week because of the flu.  I went back to the gym Monday and was fine (and well rested!).
