I dont care if it IS healthy ~
What food(s) are healthy but you simply dislike them?
My sister ended a visit here and left behind the remainder of purchased of Fiber One cereal. I know there are fans but tried it and knowing that box will not be opened again.
Also water straight - mixed with walmart brand crystal light (peach tea and apple are my preferences) but plain is not an option and never has been since childhood.
Reason: Released as sticky

I'm convinced that when people don't like tofu, it's because they haven't had it prepared in a way that they like.
Husband: Ewww, tofu. That stuff's disgusting. I'll never eat it.
Me: *quietly slips lots of small, firm tofu slices into soup*
Husband: Hm. What's this stuff? It's really good. I like the texture.
Me: *ignores the question/comment until done eating* (husband goes for seconds)
Husband: Really, what is it?
EDIT to add my hate: brussels sprouts

Not that I think that artificial anything is healthy, but I can't stand artificial sweeteners. packaged products are always way too sweet - sickening actually. Those "lite" yogurts are disgusting. "Diet" juices sweetened with Splenda have an everlasting aftertaste that just won't quit. I can't believe anybody can stand anything things that sweet.
I prefer to limit my sugar rather than make things sweeter with junk.
HEAR HEAR! The fake sugary, sucralose taste is so sooty and lab-created. And it gives me a headache to boot! No thanks! When my diet coke friends espouse the joys of their favorite soda, I just can't seem to agree. Why wouldn't you take a nice apple juice or green tea over the chem-runoff taste of fake sugar drinks?
And fake sugar in my baked goods? Boy, you have GOT to be kidding me...

I'm not a fan of tofu because everytime I've had it, it's been like eating little lumps of cooked cheese. Which probably sounds good to a lot of people, but not to me. I did try the cut-into-tiny-cubes-and-stir-fry-in-seasoning , and I liked the crust I got - but not the inside of the cubes.
Well my point is that it comes in such a wide variety of textures and flavors- and you can alter the texture and flavor further by prepping it and cooking it in different ways- that chances are, there's a way you'd like it, but you just haven't found it yet. Tofu is such a blank canvas! If you'd like to try it and want some ideas for making it palatable, send me a PM.
- Cottage cheese
- Plain unsweetened/spiced oats
- Eggplant, radishes, red cabbage, cooked spinach, olives, raw onions, brussel sprouts
- Grapefruit
- Decaf coffee
- Sweet potatoes (unless its fries)
I can't stand soy milk, either flavoured or sweetened or anything else. Yuk, at my boy friend's house it comes out of the container in clumps. Totally disgusting. Give me milk from a cow please! Hold the fat :)
Eggplant, gag, give me a break.
@ kyphi LMbuttocksOFF !!! I must see that Tee !!!
JUst Say NO to peas !!!
Footnote: Chillax peeps. There are all sorts of foods people dislike; this post/forum is a fun and interesting one to vent. Yeah life is too LONG to eat what you do not like - that's why it's cute to "vent" here. It's all good fun : )

Who's not chillaxed? I wholeheartedly agree with you, and I'm the only one I can see who posted something other than a food they don't like.
milk
eggs
oils... like olive oil etc
most cheeses besides laughing cow
pumpkin
butternut squash
cooked carrots
...random things but still...i'm not too too picky but certain textures just make foods unappetizing to me
Cottage cheese. I always HATED it as a kid, but since hubby loves it, I buy the revolting stuff. Sometimes, I'll think that I'm going to try it and pack it for lunch, but I can never actually go through with and end up bring the whole container back home. Then I have to watch, in disgust, as he dumps in on his salad, mixes it all in, and devours it. Blughughuh. I think I need to go puke now.
Oh, and all those cereals that taste like cardboard--Grape Nuts (so disappointed when I found no grapes or nuts), Fiber One (but the Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters are actually OK), Kashi U (oh, how you broke my heart with your promise of sweet currants that were nothing but sour), South Beach Strawberry Whatever. I could go on, but I'd wind up weeping over the sheer number of boxes minus one bowl that I've tossed on my quest to find a healthy, good tasting cereal.
Red, Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper, but I like the green. The red/orange/yellow ones are sweet, almost sickly so.
That's about it, really. I'll try just about anything, once, but I usually forget if I hate it and wind up eating it again anyway.
cottage cheese, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, raw peppers (esp. red ones), bannanas
Broccoli...I know it's super healthy but I CAN'T STAND IT. Or brussel sprouts and turnips for that matter.
And I'll admit to being one of those people that sweetens their bland cereal...but I still refuse grapenuts. Does anyone actually like those?
And I'm really not a fan of milk or cheese, which makes it tricky to get enough calcium sometimes.
cottage cheese, turnips, yams, celery, grapefruit, squash, eggs.
Banana chips - it's just wrong. Everything that is great about a banana is ruined when "chippefy" it. Even my guinea pigs won't touch them.
I agree with sweet potatoes, the taste, texture, it just doesn't work for me. And what is the deal about putting marshmellows on them and calling it Thanksgiving tradition? You ruin perfectly good marshmellows.
And I love watermelon, but cantelopes and honeydew really only belong in lotion or hand soap.
Seriously...
-Oatmeal! I can't take that taste and that texture in my mouth, it's as if i chewed my food swallowed it then barfed it and ate it again! Disgusting! yuck!
- Cucumbers!- I don't get them at Subway, i don't eat them with hummus (although anything taste good with hummus!), i don't even it it in salads! Something about that taste!
- I HATE Kiwi! Something about it just disgusts me! Oh! And Blackberries! Those seeds! All those seeds!
-Mango! Don't get me started with mangoes! Ewwww!
-Beef jerky! Loaded with protein! But way way way way too salty! Grossness!
Mushrooms - I can't STAND them. When I was little even if they were ground up into things I'd have to pick out the pebbles of them. And I'll eat mostly anything too. The smell, the texture, everything makes me want to vomit.
Chicken - Honestly, I don't really like it. Unless they put a bunch of flavors into it its gross. Even then. Its common so I'll eat it when offered but I'd never order it on my own or cook it.
Potato Chips - maybe its since the no trans fat or something, but they burn my tongue! And that hurts, so there's no way I can like them. The fat free ones are good though. =)
On artificial sweetners I think there's something about them because I used to hate it then I started drinking diet pepsi while travelling to try and counter balance all the dinner food I was eating. Years later I tried diet soda and I honestly can't tell the difference. And I love grape nuts kashi and cottage cheese =P
beets
grapefruit
mushrooms depending on how they're prepared...i've been trying to incorporate them into my life recently.
shellfish
Frozen veggies, cooked carrots, pork (unless it's bacon), not a huge fan of potatoes, don't like warm bananas (unless in baked goods)... Oh, and I don't like egg yolks if they're fully cooked (ie: hard boiled).
Quinoa, beetroot, mustard
Banana or cherry *flavoured* things but love bananas and cherries themselves. Guess these aren't all that healthy though.
Anything smoked like smoked salmon, smoked mackarel, smoked cheese, smoked bacon etc.
b.a.n.a.n.a.s
any nut or nut butter or anything nut-flavored or incorpoating nuts
anything unvegan goes off, but dairy products, eggs, and mayonnaise truly gross me out.
raisins or any dried fruit
granola
uncooked tomatoes
olive oil-the taste of it on anything
pretzels or anything too salty
bread, even whole wheat-rather have pita/wasa/ something like that
dark chocolate, may be healthier than milk anyway but I think its "health" is exaggerated
potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, cooked carrots, arugula
rice except for minimal brown rice in vegan sushi
oranges and any of their cousins like clementines, cantaloupe, mango, peppers raw or cooked, pineapple, papaya-not that into orange, I guess
pasta
there's a lot more
