I dont dread weekends anymore!
Something amazing happened this weekend. I have been into calorie count for a little over a month now. Intially I counted my calories on weekdays, but weekends were always a disaster. I let myself pig out coz I dint want to feel too overwhelmed in the beginning. The past 3 weeks, I dont necessarily do anything to keep my calories under control but write them down on monday mornings, just to get an idea. And this weekend, I actually stayed under my limit!! without even logging my calories.. I am soo proud of myself. Now I know that its more of a lifestyle than a compulsion to lose weight.. :D

That is awesome! I have only been counting for 2 days so I am not at that point yet. I feel hungry a lot, but this site has been very helpful. I look forward to the day that I am not afraid to step on the scale and when, like you, I can eat out of a good established habbit and not have to think so hard about what I am eating.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
