okay so for lunch my family wanted to eat at chipotle... i figured no
biggy i'll just get the vegetarian burrito.... WRONG! its upwards 1200
calories! the burrito alone has 340 calories. AND I had some of the
ships and salsa....
I cant believe what I did, plus Ive been eating so horribly these past few days and only went to the gym once in the past 4 days...
next week im going to really step up.

Does Chipotle post nutrition info?
How did you come up with that? I looked at their nutrition chart and I'm not sure what you calculated.
I tried looking up their menu, but all I learned is that they are owned by McDonalds.
Finally found it, but not at the Chipotle site

I wouldn't put Chipotle on the black list...
I eat at Chipotle from time to time...i just get the bowl instead of the burrito and eat about half to 2/3. They're really good about letting you sub veggies for rice, extra salsa, etc. It's all about portion size (as it is at every restaurant)
