I don't even know what my goal is anymore...

My original goal was 112 lbs or a size 5 well i'm 111 pounds and just bought a size 4 pants (it'd be considered 5 at another store, i'm sure...). And i'm still not happy, I think I look the same? I am surprised I got such a smaller size because I was an 8/9 and I haven't lost 20 pounds (aren't pant sizes 10 pounds = 1 pant size?) i've only lost about 13-14 pounds. I guess I wont be happy until I like what I look like in a bathing suit, I just wish I would have been done like I thought I would be. My next goal is about 105 pounds.

it depends on how tall and old you are. if you are shorter. 105 might not be an unrealistic goal... but be careful. the exact same scernario happened to me. i started at 135lbs. (i'm 5'7 and i was 16 when this all started) and i dropped to 130, then 125 and my goal was 120. then i was like oooo i can loose 5 more lbs. then it was 5 more and another 5 more until i ended up being 103 lbs by my 17th birthday about a year later and at 5'7 i can tell you i looked absolutely disgusting. now another year later im back up to 115lbs and still struggling with that, but i wouldn't trade it for anything in the world right now. i have energy, i can play sports, people tell me i have a "glow" to my skin back, my hair shines again... the list goes on. but maitnance is still an everyday struggle...


overall... be careful.

SIZES should not be a goal.

HEALTH should be the goal.

If you are of average height (5'4" or 5'5") you should be weighing 120 to 130.

Please do not work yourself to death and deprive yourself just to get into a size 3.

my goal is 110-112lb, it's still in my healthy weight but it's at the lower end so i'm hoping i'll look slimmer then, but you never know.
