For those who don't feel like working out today...
I had a one of the best workouts ever today. It was one of the ones that I could really tell that I was making progress as I was able to take my aerobic routine up a notch. I totally didn't want to work out today at first, but I would not feel as good as I do now if I hadn't. So, don't throw in the towel today; you could have a great workout :)

What a great post! I dread M & W due to 6:30 aqua aerobics. Had to give up elliptical due to feet problem (plantar fasciitis) that I hope to resolve by the end of the month. I need to go swim laps after work since I can get there before dinner vice 6:15 pm. I cannot eat after class 8:00 - too late I am starving but eating before class is a bit more uncomfortable for my stomach. Thanks again for the motivating post!

I know some days I dread working out, and then I do, and I feel so much better. it's totally worth it!! I even drag my little one with me b/c she likes to run with me too! I have two plantar warts on my foot and toe, and they were frozen and are coming off, they don't hurt as bad now, so I'm able to keep working out!! I like eating before 7 and not having anything after, it helps my stomach, it feels upset if I eat too late. Thanks for the post!! I'm going for my run now!!
