Don't you find it funny...
That majority of people here are trying to loose weight, yet we're all sitting here typing on a computer!
Quick Question.
What is the average time people spend on the computer a day.
i'm in the middle of my VCE exams (Very Important exams in Victoria, Australia)
And i'm spending ALOT of time sitting down, and i don't have much spare to do extra exercise.
i was just wondering if for the time being (until after exams) will i possibly put on weight if i don't work out as much, but still keep eating the same?
Thanks!
xx
If you are eating less than you burn, you won't gain any weight.
What you eat = what your body burns by being alive (plus excersize if you are doing any) = you will not gain or loose weight
eat > burn = weight gain
eat < burn = weight loss
That's simply how it works.
And yes, I feel silly hovering over my pc talking about weight loss, actually I wish I could be working out instead of talking about it, but alas, I'm at work...
unfortunately i work a desk job and lately its been SO SLOW so i come on here often
yeah, I've definitely considered the irony, but as said, it's work. I really have no choice. At least reading about this stuff makes me want to work out hard when I get home!!

I sometimes think that - i am fortunate to work from home so i get a lot of free time to exercise (which i do for at least and hour a day - home gym :) ). Sometimes though i can lose a little motivation so coming here helps me stay on track and get myself motivated enough to work out.
