Hey everyone :) Well I'm almost at my ugw.. I have about 9 more pounds to go and I'm starting to think about how I'm gonna maintain my weight after restricting my calories to lose weight. I'm currently on a detox flush.. to cleanse myself before I start maintaining and I just need some advice on what I should do when I'm done with my detox and start maintaining. I'm kind of scared to start increasing the calories! Help me out??? When do I start increasing? When I reach my ugw.. 5 pounds before.. now? Ahhhhh.

There's no need to do a detox flush and I'd strongly recommend you don't continue. Your body 'cleanses' itself daily by means of the liver and kidneys. Give them a fighting chance to do their job properly by avoiding junk food & alcohol by eating a healthy diet and by drinking plenty of water. Generally speaking it's easier to maintain if you don't do anything too extreme to lose weight. The more drastic the diet regime, the harder it is to maintain the loss.
When you start to increase your calories is entirely up to you but your current BMI is 19.3 which is already at the very lowest end of a healthy weight. If you seriously want to be 100lbs - clinically underweight - you're in extremely dangerous territory. If purging yourself with 'cleansers' has been a regular occurrence you're tipping strongly towards disordered eating behaviour.
Work out what your maintenance calorie intake is from the CC tools and then build up to it in a couple of hits rather than making it a long drawn-out process. You may see a temporary gain in the first few days so try not to panic or weigh yourself too often. Best of luck.
