i went to a chinese place to eat. it was in Chinatown and I had some stir fry vegetables and tofu. How should I log this in. i tried to wash some of the oil off with the clear soup they offered. any ideas?

Haha, that is really a tricky one. I love Chinese food and eat it almost everyday. I could never figure out how much calories I take in since they vary so much depending on the amount of oil the restaurants use in cooking even for the same dish.
Anyway, I usually put in 500-650 for the dish depending the amount I eat. I will add extra for the rice. BTW, I believe there is stir fry tofu and vegi in the food log.

Eating out is fun but it can be difficult to account for. I agree with xutong - 500-650 would be a good estimate and that is all you can really do.
