I'm a 5'7 19 year old college student. I workout daily (cardio 5 times a week, weights 3 times a week) and I play on the club soccer team at my school. I recently went from about 134 pounds to 123. I would really like to maintain this weight, but I'm scared if i start eating more calories then i'll end up back at my previous weight. Any suggestions? to lose weight, i was probably eating around 1200-1500 calories a day... closer to 1200 most days. I know I can't lose anymore weight, but i'm so freaked out about gaining any!! help! thankss:)

As long as you're happy with the amount of food you eat now and feel satisfied theres no need to worry about eating more. Also with the amount you work out don't freak out if you start to gain weight during the semester because its most likely muscle. I would recommend measuring yourself and only focusing on those numbers, not the ones on the scale. Keep up the good work!
