i don't normally eat like this...bad!
breakfast: one hard boiled egg, one quarter of a bagel with a light spread of cream cheese
lunch: (still giving away food! bad! bad!) one quarter of a chocolate chip muffin, a nature's valley granola bar, a little bit of smoked salmon
snack: a nonfat greek yogurt and an apple
dinner: grilled vegetables and a little bit of chicken (like, maybe 50 grams); a green salad with a soy sauce dressing and tofu
snack: a small dove dark chocolate bar and two spoons of peanut butter
i know i don't have serving sizes but how many calories do you think this would be?
Are you being serious? Ya, that's just as bad as going to McDonalds, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut for Breakfast then lunch then dinner. You probably grossly underate today.... oh wait. I get it, you are saying that you ate bad because you didn't eat enough calories to properly fuel your bodyi?
EDIT:
Especially consider previous threads like this....

if you're here to become healthy like the rest of us, then you probably exercise
good luck building muscle off a diet of vegetables and 50g of chicken
