Do I put in day to day stuff, like cleaning and playing with my kids, or is tht stuff assumed.  I know I enter when I excersise, but other than that I don't know.  Any help?

I always put in my daily routines. Like walking to the bus for work, how long I walk, how long I'm standing at work, doing dishes, laundry...etc.

It's nice seeing how much calories I lose from daily things.

I always report in shaving, standing at work, sexual activity, and cleaning. If it tires me out, I log it. If I'm not exerting myself (watching tv, reading, painting) then I let it be considered part of my natural maintenace.

If I log day to day activities then I put my lifestyle as sedintary.  If you put light or moderate activity then you are sort of double counting your exercise and calorie output, as your activity level tends to include this stuff.  This doesn't matter so much if you just want to see, but  it can throw it off if you are using it to measure what your calorie intake should be day to day.

I do not enterday to day activities, I figure that is something I will always be doing.  I only add exercise because my metabolism needed the boost past my day to day activities, since I have been exercising and watching my calorie intake and not changing any of the other day to day activities I have lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks.  I only record any changes in my day to day activity which was exercise, no exercise and minimal calories with day to day activity I still gained weight, all depends how much over kill you have time to record.

Tortoisewins...that was what I was thinking, but I wan't sure.  Yeah I put moderate so it would include my hussle and bussle with the house and kids then...that is easier than putting in everything...but I agree it is nice to see what your activity's are worth calorie-wise.  It is kinda exciting! k, I think I get it now.  Thanks Everyone!
