I don't want to lose my butt

Quote  |  Reply

I have found since I've been losing that I've lost my little booty that I had.  That's the one part that I didn't want to get rid of and liked.  I'm wondering if it is mostly because of the weight lost, or if it is because I haven't been doing the elliptical at the gym for a few months (cut gym out because of lower income).  How can I get my booty back?  Any suggestions?

Walking lunges or squats.  No weights required for either and they will help your booty!

You mentioned the eliptical at the gym, so I'm going to suppose you used it often.

I've recently picked up an eliptical from (of all places) Wal-Mart. It's relatively small, only about 3-4 foot from back to front, which works great in my small house. And it only cost $75, before tax. And it really works well. Has an adjustable resistance, a handle, and a unit that figures distance, time, speed, and calories burned.

I bought it in Indiana, but saw the same model in Tennessee, so you should be able to find it. Look in the sporting section.

And good luck
