Don't want to undo the weight I have lost

Been sick and so hard to stick to CC websitem have lost 5lbs and only 9 to go.........any messages to try and get me back on track as I don't wait to regain anything. This is what I would have done in the past and then within two weeks your back were you started.

I tried going it alone and gained around 15 lbs before admitting that I need to work at this eating thing 24/7 in order get it off and then keep it off.  I need to stay with the program plus joined a weigh in group in my area.   I hope you also do what you need to do to stay healthy.  :) 
I've lost about 10 pounds and I've got reminders everywhere to tell me to stay on track.  Try writing out goals of the day.  It helps a lot.  If you accomplish all your goals in a week, reward yourself.  A movie, CD... or go do something fun!
