I'm ok.  Still looking for a job.  Been watching my grandbaby.  Love doing it but he just moved 70 miles away and it gets to be a commute.

*looks at Buffalo news* I Lie. Now I'm sad. Sounds like we NEARLY had an awesome come back against the Patriots last night and botched it. Oh well. :(

Ean was suppose to start daycare yesterday, but woke up with a Temp....ear infection.  To daycare today, I hope.  Flying trips to Des Moines are getting old already.

So I'm planning on riding this morning, I'm just waiting for daybreak.  6:20am and it's still dark out. :(

Hopefully for only a year, but yes...

I know townhouses are expensive in Des Moines, they usually start at $800 for a 2 bedroom.  I can't imagine what they are around DC.

ewwww.  Man I like living in Iowa.  My mortgage is just under $500.  Disadvantage - no good jobs. :(

It is a little.. excessive here, but you get used to it. Luckily, I, at least, probably make a reasonable salary for the area.

Yes, I'm sure you do, that college degree does a lot for the income.  You're an engineer, right?

That would be correct. I work as a subcontractor for FEMA

A) I imagine I'd have to apply for Canadian Citizenship

B) I'm not a programmer (though I'm sure there's call for Environmental Engineers in Ontario given the huge number of lakes there) and
