Well first off let me start by saying that I don't count calories. I have used this site in the past as motivation to keep myself from becoming any fatter than I already was. I loved reading other members success stories which made me believe anything was achieveable.

As of Friday morning I finally lost my first 40 and I thought I'd share just in case it inspires someone else out there.

My pictures are in my profile.

Lookin' good! *construction worker cat call*

Thanks. But how did you know I work in construction???

HAHA actually?

God you look great man. I would never guess that you're any higher than 200 lbs looking at your most recent pictures.

All the weight drained out of your face! Keep up the good work my man.

Congratulations on the weight loss, the new home and best of all, the increase in self-confidence!  Isnt it wonderful!!!

Hold your head high and be mighty proud of yourself.

And in keeping w/ vron....*construction worker cat call*  Woohoo! You go dude!

Hey!

Congrats you look great!

How did you lose weight without calorie counting? I am coming into maintenance and need to figure out how to not gain weight when I don't count calories lol

Lots of protein, around 128 oz of fluids per day (water only) , and daily work outs. I eliminated junk food and alcohol. I big key to my success so far is jumping rope. Once I started that, my wasitline started to really melt away.

you're cute :D

You look great!!

woohoo! congrats to you.  that's awesome, i hate how it's so much easier for guys to lose weight, but very happy for your success.
