Down 50 pounds!
Okay, if I can do it, anyone can, lol.
With the support of my family, friends and everyone here on calorie count I have been able to reach this great milestone.
I still have 75lbs until my goal weight and a healthy BMI but I am very satisfied with my success thus far.
I have comparative pictures in my journal if you'd like to see. I can't really see a difference, but that's probably just because of a bad body image.
Anyway, YAYYY, I just wanted to share it with everyone on here, cause you guys were (and are) part of my success!

team_malone: My meal plan is on my profile, as for exercise I usually do cardio twice a week, weights once, and 2 classes (aquafit bootcamp & cardio kickboxing).
Ooh, I almost forgot.. one thing I've learned is not to reward myself with food, but with experiences (haircut, spa, clothes shopping at a regular store, etc).
Yes, you can definitely see it! I think you need another updated picture. You've been exercising like crazzzyyyy and I'm sure you look different even from the most recent picture in your gallery.

Keep at it! Thanks for letting me know about your progress. I'm just 5 lbs into a 60 lbs plan, and am sure hoping to do as well as you have -- and to have my chin recede as much as yours has! :)

I've recently lost ~50lbs myself and I found that the most noticable change from such a loss is to look at how your arms sit. In the first picture they're bowed out from the extra weight gathered on your sides. But in the more recent picture they're laying flat. :D The little things help when checking your progress.
Good luck with the rest of your weight. I'll be plugging along right with you. :D
