hello everyone i just turned 50ty this past year and it seems to be down hill ever sence ,menapause ,gaining weight, i started a diet yesterday just fruits and veggies all day when i woke up i gained 2 pds how is this possible
i dont want to be a downer but i really hate myself right now thanks for listening jeannie

I'm far from an expert, but don't give up so quickly, and don't start with an unbalanced diet. You probably have a lot of fluid stored with all the fruit, so drink 64 ounces of water throughout the day, everyday. Eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Don't drink alcohol in excess and get enough rest. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, everyday. Do this all this week and weigh yourself again next week this time. It isn't easy to start, but it does work.
