I am going down and I'm not looking back in the future!

I just went through my clothes that are now too big, some way too big. I always hung on to the different sizes sorta hedging my bets.

Not this time I have a really super women's to donate them too, some never were even worn.

Do you hang on to your old clothes or do you disgard or donate them?

Rule of thumb...Keep your skinny clothes, get rid of your fat clothes. Don't give yourself the "room" to go back!

I did packed them up today and I won't have a wardobe for the new me, I haven't been that light in 36 years.  Oh boy new Clothes!

i got rid of them.  there's no going back for me!  :D  WooHoo!!!

I'd say to give them away. I never did and I have been down and up. And I know that the only reason I havn't gained in the last year is because I refused to get yet another larger size—so I would feel things getting tight and lose a few pounds to be comfortable again.

This time, I will be getting rid of each size as I "under-grow" it. That way I won't have a recourse when my jeans start to pinch and my shirt buttons strain. I'll get right on it and keep my weight in check.

Yeah for you!! I hope you have tons of fun shopping for new clothes!

I agree that you should donate them. Just two days, I packed up 1.5 big garbage bags of way too big clothes and gave them to my aunt. There is no going back to that weight again!
