Anybody see the first Dr.Oz show on Monday? He was talking about wafers that you can eat an hour before a fast food meal to help you not eat as much & they also have fiber, so they make you feel fuller longer. I wondered if anybody was using this or planning on doing it? I saw in "Ask Mary" that they are Metamucil wafers...120 calories and 6 grams of fiber for 1 serving (2 wafers).
