I saw this in a fitness magazine as a motivational tool, and I'm going to try it. A dream board, a mini-poster of my goals. I'll put pictures of my ideal body type, a favorite healthy snack, personal affirmations, a weightloss number, a mile marker I want to hit, and so on.
I want to run a marathon, so 26.2 will me front and center. My husband and I also hope to get pregnant, so a picture of a baby. I want to lose 20 pounds, so -20. I don't get enough calcium, so maybe a got milk? ad. I've just started sewing, and I want to sew a dress, so a piece of fabric. I'm really inspired by Ali Vincent from the Biggest Loser, so a before and after picture of her. I have a five year college reunion coming up in 2010, so my college crest.
Yes, I realize not all of these are achievable at once, but it's my DREAM board. What would go on your dream board?
