| 1 | cup dried apricots |
| 1 | cup sultanas or golden raisins |
| 1 | cup dark raisins, seeded |
| 1/3 | cup dried apples |
| 1/3 | cup dried prunes, pitted |
| 1/3 | cup dried pears |
| 1 | cup rolled oats |
| 2 | tablespoons sweet sherry |
| 3 | eggs, beaten |
| 2 | tablespoons flour |
| 250 | g milk chocolate (eight oz) |
Mix the dry ingredients, then add the beaten eggs and sherry. Grease and foil a swiss roll tin. Spread mix into tin, then cook for 20 minutes ONLY at 180 deg. celsius. When cool, spread with melted chocolate. Cut into 25 pieces when cold.
