what did YOU drink today?
what'd you drink today?
i'm basically copying the "what did YOU eat today?" thread, but list all the beverages you've had today, whether they contain calories or not.
so far i've had: 2/3 cup skim milk (in oatmeal), 1 cup of vanilla soymilk and 4 cups of water, but i'll drink more stuff before the end of the day of course.
i'll tell you my yesterday:
2 mugs of black coffee: practically zero calories
2.5 cups of skim milk (one cup in cereal, a cup and a half as a snack): about 210 calories
water water water - i can't say how much, but i always have a glass or a bottle with me.
that's pretty typical, unless i get boozy ;)
Anyhow, I'll give it a go . . .
-About 5 cups of water
-1 cup Orange juice
-2 cups coffee
-2 glasses of red wine :P
Not bad (for me), but not great either . . .

I drank a glass of iced green tea as I made my coffee/breakfast this morning.
Coffee (3 shots espresso, 1/2 cup 2% milk, 2 tsp. organic sugar)
Some water during my workout (not enough though :( )
Working on my 2nd glass of iced green tea.
so far I had a large cup of tea with 1/4 cup of 2% milk with breakfast and about 1 L of water. I plan on drinking more water throughout the rest of the day, and maybe indulge on a diet coke since its saturday.
Hmmmm..
-4 cups of water (2 bottles)
-1 cup of apple juice
-1 cup of soymilk

4 liters of good ole H2O! I obsess over hydrating --hope that stays true when winter comes and im not as thirsty!
I also had one bottle of FUZE tropical punch
I had a small strawberry fruit slush from sonics. mmmmmmmm yummy. And tons of water.
I've had.....
Some water
About 1 cup of vanilly Soy Milk (yumm)
and a couple sips of diet coke (the rest of it spilled in my bag and killed my phone :[)

a bottle of wine....
Not good
Today however,
Water
Hot chocolate
Yesterday:
- coffee
- water
- diet a&w root beer
- tea
- no sugar added hot cocoa
Today:
Just water and coffee so far...planning on a monster lo-carb energy drink during work
So far just water
Cool.
Herbal tea, skim milk in my cereal, water, and diet pepsi.
Today:
Three cups of hot green tea (plain)
Water
Glass of skim milk
Glass of red wine
Just plain old water, all day long :( Ick.
