drinking binge :(( feeling soo bad right now!! help..........
I understand too... I do really good in the week... but on the weekends, I tend to overdrink and eat. Last weekend I had a bottle of wine... plus a lot of chips and salsa. This friday I had way too much beer and yeger, and then ate a pita. Saturday after drinking a few mixed drinks, I ate a krispy kreme doughnut and had a real cherry coke. I went WAY over even the maintenance calorie limits. :-(
I'm not too sure if there is a solution (other than just to not do it... ) I'd be interested to hear of any suggestions... I think I'm just going to work on self control and moderation (and be dd!)
now that i think about it... on the bright side there is slight improvement. Only one doughnut and I split a hummus pita... with no dressing. I also went salsa dancing saturday... so at least I moved around while drinking. Before this summer my choices would have been worse... but I still have a long way to go
I'm going to try and plan what I will drink before going out, allot the calories, and stick to it.
