college is so hard to juggle with this weight loss thing....  I mean... I'm a college student! I should be irresponsible and drink a whole lot! I'm trying to budget for the alcohol... but it leaves me with less food during the day and less nutrients ... oy!  

I'm at about 800 calories so far today.... And I reeeeeeeally want a treat from whole foods... I've been thinking about it for the past hour ....  and honestly... I mean I'm leaving town Sunday.... I won't have any more whole foods cookies available to me.. that is legit right?   I just don't know if I can have the treat and still be able to drink tonight ...

also I'm going to steal someone's card and go to the gym after work... I hate not having my gym membership right now..... and I really really want to work out... I'm usually so active... some sort of heavy exercise most days... dancing.. running.. kickboxing... pilates ...  and these past few days have been zilch on the exercise... I need it! 

I think if I go to the gym maybe I can have the treat and still pull in a sizable deficit for the day... as long as I limit myself to 3 light drinks (i hate light beer but a girl has got to do what a girl has got to do)
