Does Driving in a car burn weight?
74 cal per hour apparently?
Is this true? or are these the calories you burn anyways in order to sustain your body?
I guess that's how many calories it takes above just lying in bed to drive.
I wouldn't log it, personally.
Yeah, me neither. I was just curious lol. I was pretty surprised it said 74 cal per hour though
The 74 calories incudes the calories that you would have burned anyway and is probably not much different then what you burn sitting at a desk.
But yes driving does burn weight, it lightens the weight of your gas tank.
It's the same that you burn sitting on the toilet. (Yes, it is acutally in the catalog of activities!)

I always wondered why CC would even bother put things like sitting on the toilet in the activity catalog. It doesnt make sense to me because you dont need to log it...........
