Yes, it can be done. You may have heard of this diet. Ok, all you have to do is go and buy Kellogs Special K cereal. Buy a couple different kinds so you don't get bored. Eat a bowl of cereal, preferably 48 mg. with skim milk. Have this for breakfast and replace either lunch or dinner with another bowl of cereal. You can have whatever you want for one meal a day. It's recommended that you eat lots of fruits, and try to drink lots of water. This may be tricky to stick to cereal, but it can be done. Best of Luck to you!

I have trouble believing in any "diet" that you cant stick to in the long run.

this is a temp thing...after the 2 weeks is over and you start eating normal again what are you left with? weight you cant keep off because you never actually taught yourself to eat healthy.
... alternatively you could just control your calories in general and not go crazy eating cereal all the time.

bleh....I dont even like to eat cereal in the morning...now to have to eat it twice a day. NO WAY !!!Frown
I hope to break this plateau AND drop a jean size in two weeks, but not on the Special K Diet, lol.  Today is day one.  13 days to go!  :o)

The only reason this works is because it basically keeps u below 1000 cals...
