dropping cup sizes, instead of pants sizes!!

Does anyone else feel like they weight they have lost is coming from completely unnoticable places? Or their chest? Ok, I'm a little busty (32 E) and could afford to lose some there, but im not working my ass off and eating healthy for it to come off there, and not my gut where it needs to come off!! and honestly, this may sounds wierd, but i think my fingers are getting smaller....mind ya i've only lost ten pounds, but it just doesnt seem to be coming off where i need it to...i know, target those areas with exercise....ew

Another factor is your genes. I don't want to lose a lot from my cup since I am happy with my breast size (40 C) and my main focus is pretty much everywhere else, lol.

haha im the same way. i have a strange combination of genes though, my dad's flat, nonexistant butt, his sisters HUGE chest, and my mom's tummy where ALL my fat seems to store (and her bigger arms) frustrating...i hate genes lol

Some women have dense breast made of mainly tissue and some women have breast made of tissue and fat..sounds like you're in the later one. Your body will lose weight first were you normally gain it last. If your fingers got bigger last or your cup size went up last than this is a perfect example. If we could lose it where we wanted to first, most of us would have big breast. Good for us with big chest that we love, that that isn't the case. As if we need super models with big breast and a beautiful shapes walking all around us making us mad by them not having a problem eating too much!

hummm good to know, i have that same problem

hey you could be like me going from a small B cup to an A!!!  be happy you had something there to lose first :-P  your weight will eventually come off in other places, just keep at it!

When I am in my lower weight I am a B well lol one is and one seems smaller!! lol

And when I am higer I am a C..... So I must have fatty boobs too... That does suck!!

But yeah weight comes off all over the place its weird but hey atleast its coming off!!! Thats a good thing!

my around measurement got smaller, not the actual breasts though.

I wish I could just zap all the fat off of CERTAIN areas.

I was an E too, and I lost my entire first 15 lbs off the girls.  I started on day 1 measuring all body areas, so I know it wasn't just my imagination.   Now five months and 40 lbs later, it's all evened out.  I've lost 6" off my waist, 6" off my bust and 5.5" off my waist.   I went from a 42E to a pretty comfortable 36D.

So don't worry, the rest of you should start catching up soon.  I haven't lost any inches off the bust in 2 1/2 months now, it's all coming off elsewhere finally.

ha ha, all this is so true!

Why is it the first place you notice the weight falling off is the last place you want to lose it from! :-S

Yet it all refuses to budge from the stubborn problem areas gaaaah.

I blame my mother's genes sometimes on crappy days!
Big calves, thick shoulders and upper arms.  It's an undefiable characteristic in ALL the females on my mum's side.  I dread passing it on to a future daugther, it's such a prevalent gene string, for sure! :-S

I know it's not completely possible to target weight loss, but it is worth while thinking about mixing up your exercise pattern with different types of exercise.

Last year I was running like mad and think that:

gravity x bouncing (even strapped down in sports bras) x crazy distances = dramatic boob loss! 36 D down to 34 C :- (

Yet, my lumpy, wobbly hips would NOT budge! Pah.

I dont want to see my boobs disappear any further (and neither does my BF for that matter) so I'm not running quite so much.

I now cycle more - less bouncing, and have found the boobs are maintaining nicely and thighs are tightening daily! YES.

Also, working your upper body and arms with weights can also affect your boobs I found.

Yeah,, Thats happening to me too.  My boobs are so much smaller now D:  that was like the only thing I didn't want to lose lol.  But I think its in proportion to the rest of my body at least, I'm not like flat or anything.
