Yesterday I had a very rewarding moment. I had an interview so I got out a pair of my dress pants and tried them on. I was ecstatic to see that my size 9 pants no longer fit me at all. Quickly, I got out all of my other dress pants and tried them on. Each one of my pants were way too big for me. With that said, I went shopping for some new dress pants. First I tried on a size 7, which were still too big. I moved on to a size 5 ... still too big. At this point I was very excited as I reached for a size 3. I was astonished that even the size 3's were still a little too big. Talk about motivational! All of my calorie counting and hard work at the gym has definitely paid off and I am so happy!Have any of you had an experience like this? It really gave me motivation to continue with my healthy life style. :)Just thought I would share my happy news.

This just happened to me this weekend! I knew I had gotten smaller and that my pants were a little too big, but finding I'd gone from an 8/10 down to 4 almost made me fall over. I definately know what you mean about it being a motivater. Now that I've reached my goal weight I can wait to really tone up and look even better!
Congratulations! I love that. Going down a size or fitting into clothes that were too tight is hugely motivating to me. It makes my entire day when it happens.
Do you 2 never wear pants or what? How could you not notice earlier that you had dropped like 7 sizes? Congrats though... I hope I drop a few sizes this fall.
Ha ha, mediator I was thinking the same!! Do you never wear pants or did you lose weight over night?
