Drunken Lawnmowing.

Drinking while mowing the lawn is great.  Does anyone else get hammer before getting behind the wheel(of a lawnmover of course)?

sorta, if by "getting behind the wheel" you mean pushing an old mechanical rotary mower around about 60 sq ft of grass.  goes well with white wine.

My mower is too finicky to start drunk.  It mocks me.  Now I must wait for it to stop raining long enough to mow the lawn...

When I was about 14 my dad decided to see if I could mow the lawn with our seated lawn mower instead of hiring out my cousin.  I tried.  I got stuck on a hill and couldn't get it back up, and never went on it again.

Needless to say, we hired professionals that year.

Sounds... dangerous. lol. Makes me glad I live in a crappy apartment without a lawn. lol.

I suggest everyone try it once.  If you are worried about death, you can choose a small mower and leave the blades off.  Just go through the motions.

You need to have someone with you.  Just like buddy swimming to make sure you both make it back.  You should have a small(person sized) trailer hooked to the mower(preferably a dump trailer), so one can drive and the other can go for the ride.
