Has anybody ever heard of this, or tryed it before?
It's when you brush your body with a soft bristle brush, and it's supposed to tighten loose skin, inprove digestion and circulation and many more health benifits.. I'm hopeing to tighten my skin after so much weight loss, should I give it a go? Did it work for anyone else?

I do it. It is supposed to stimulate the Lymphatic system which helps rid the body of toxins. Exercise and moving your body in any way all stimulates the Lymphatic system as well.
If you decide to try it remember to use strokes towards the heart and not to press too hard.

Maybe this should go in health and support/the lounge? I'm not trying ot be rude but i don't know what this has to do with weight gain.
I've heard of dry body brushing but I don't think it actually does much more than remove dead skin. I'm usually extremely skeptical towards things that make the ever popular claim to detox your body!!! or magically tighten skin though...
