Hey everyone, my name is Dustin. I'm 21 years old. I'm 5'8 and 214 lbs at the moment. I'm an ex football player, large framed guy. I got up to 229 lbs last year and couldn't take it anymore. I'm down to 214 and counting. Feeling good about myself and making progress! If anyone has any questions or comments, please let me know!
