How Much should I have in each group?

I was wondering how much I should eat in each catagory?  For example fat, carbs, protein etc.

Good question. :) General guidelines are

Carbs: 55-65%

Protein: 15-30%

Fat: 10-30%

My guidelines are

Carbs:  40%

Protein:  30%

Fat:  30%

It helps determine what kind of metabolic type you are.  It's where I got my guidelines from.

Thanks for the information and link.  It was really helpful because I was bewildered every time I tried to read the analysis.  I found out I should be a 40-30-30 as well.
