this sounds good to me. I have to get up at 5:30 to workout or it doesnt get done!

I thought I was the only one with that problem. If I don't do it first, I don't do it at all. I'm in. What did you guys have in mind!
Sounds like fun.  Count me in.
I'm in.  The morning is the only time that I have to workout, but it's so difficult to get out of bed!  I have to do it though, because these pounds have got to get off.  I can't believe it's already May!
count me in.  It's my goal to be up and kicking at 5 am to work out, then breakfast, then my morning devotion before work. 

I pray we all have the strength and energy to rise and shine in the morning!

Every Thursday we will see who is the winner. The winner who will make it 7 times a week. :)

If you want to start tomorrow, post your stats. Your workout plan for the week. what time will you get up and most importantly what time will you go to bed?

Welcome to the group. We will start tomorrow morning. It is a great idea to motivate each other. I am so excited about tomorrow and would like to see who will be able to make it.
Okay, here I am, too! I will never make it to 7 days a week, though; I'll be happy with 2 or 3! And getting up at 6:30 would be a big accomplishment for me since I work late most weeknights. Plus, I am so lazy in the morning!

Welcome:) it is ok if you can't make it 7 days a week. I actually didn't mean it. I meant the highest number. Some people, including myself, don't workout everyday. They need some days off. Usually, I workout 6 days or even 5 days a week.
o.k I like mornings I have been looking for the motivation to actually get out of bed at 4:30 instead of turn over and go back to sleep like every one else in my house!!! I'm in when do we start and what do we do? :p  I usually feel better through the rest of my day when I work out early and it's one less thing I have to worry about squeezing in:p
I go to bed about 10:00 and will get up at 4:30 I will do 30 min stationary bike and 30 minutes treadmill or reg walk depending on weather daily. ;p
mabear32059: welcome to the group. I am so happy to hear from more people. We will start tomorrow Thursday May 3rd, 2007 as an official day.

hi every one just sitting down to my morning coffee. I worked out for one hour + as promised. 27 minutes on stationary bike 30minutes on treadmill and 10 minutes on the universal weights. I am sweaty and trying to catch my breath but man I feel good!!! ;p ty safina for the motivation see yall tomorrow same time same place lol. it is now 5:48 a.m eastern time
I am in.  I always do my work outs in the AM. If I dn't, I won't do them.  Off to walk the dogs 3 miles and then tennis clinic.  That is my work out for today.  Tully
I'm in, only, early morning workout will have to start tomoz, VERY gently. I badly sprained the ligaments in my foot yesterday, so, I'm being very gentle about it. BUT, I'll have a walk in the morning. :]

I am glad you made it:) Keep up the good work. I did go to the gym and worked out for 90 minutes.

We should make this as a lifestyle. We will do it.

Hey all, sorry for the late post, busy. I didn't get a chance to  read the posts from yesterday until now. Will start tomorrow. but I'm confused on what the "win" is.  Is it something each day? total for a week? total loss for a week? What? sorry, I'm tired and just sort glanced at all the post.
