Good Morning All,

and congrats to all who were up this A.M. and getting it done:)

Morning workout Accomplished:  30 minutes Latin FatBlaster workout, and I'm really feeling good!

I made it at 6:30 this morning. I work out 5-6n days a week. I do 3 days of total body lifting on alterantiong days with 30 minuts of cardio and then I do 1-2 days of 60 minutes of cardio and 1 day of just running from 1-3 miles.

I did my 1 mile run this morning and then did sprint intervals on the way back!!


I have 60 minutes of Cardio tomorrow I will have to be up at 5:30! I will let you know how it goes!!

Sounds like you guys are going to give me a run for my money here. tomorrow I will be up at 4:30 the ususal time and do 30 mins. treadmill and 30 mins weights, alternative upperbody on some days and lower body on others. Post in the morning

I had a half hour walk this morning. Not much, but I'm not goign to over-do anything till the foot is better!
Good morning every one. well  it is the start of another wonderful day. Started @4:20 am w/ 30 min stationary bike and 30 min tread mill I am not sure if I will take sat or sun off maybe just change workouts cause how good starting my day working out first could be addicting. I am w/ you safina I think we should make this a way of life. ;p off to the showers bfore the kids get up. see you guys tomorrow =p

got kind of a rough start this morning, but did the treadmill, did free weights last night and rode the bike.

Lozzle: that is great. I am glad you made it. I agree don't over do anything. You are here because you want to work out in the mornings. no matter if it is an hour or half an hour.

Mabear: YOu are wonderful. Sure. you should take a day off. Actually, you have to rest your muscles. I did take a day off today simply because I have been working most of the night. :)

Cocowan: Glad to hear from you. You did great stuff.  Please keep us posted. I am sure you are busy but try to work out on the weekend. Either Sat or Sun. It will not be rough in a few weeks or maybe days. We are here because we want an early morning workout to be part of our daily routine. like breakfast and dinner...

I would like to join group as I also work out early during work week.  I will work out tomorrow morning, but I will let myself sleep in.  I'll start checking in on Monday.

Hi everyone, sounds like everyone is doing well.  I did go walking for 20 minutes today around 11a.m.  Is there a cut off time for Early Am workouts?  My goal is to workout at 5 am.

Also, I've read that walking is safe enough to do on a daily basis.  As far as general aerobics, should I just work out every other day?

If so, I need to get a walking video for inside.  5 a.m is too early to go walking outside for me.

Hey everybody, and hi to JJlewis and Bixlawyer. Seven or eight is perfectly fine, I mean, I did mine at about eight this morning!

Oh, I'm trying to sort out an excercise plan and everything. so... It starts tomoz... I'm all looking forward to it. (Not that I wasn't excercising before, becuase I was!)

This way I know exactly what to do so I will wake up motivated to do it! Yee-HAA!!

I'd like to join, please - I did my Hatha Yoga DVD on Thursday, and walked dogs this morning - both for an hour, about 5:30am.  Trying to work up to 4:30a, but the snooze is just too tempting, and that's SO early.  Any advice from the "early risers" of this early rising group?

Good morning everybody and man oh man are we growing. I thought I was the only one crazy enough to exercise at 4:30 in the morning. Well as you see I just couldn't take the day off , Just couldn't! I get so much more energy from working out in the mornings that I just had to get up. however I did change it up and went out for a brisk 1 hour walk this morning ;p welcome to all the newbies to this sight and many great workouts to you.
