I ran 5 miles this morning!!! WOOH!

I'm very pleased with myself. :)

Hey marbear, what is your speed? I am back to running after a very long break and I alternate running at 6 mph for one minutes then walking at 3 mph for two minutes. It is just so hard to run the entire time.

What do you think is better? speed or endurance? I do intervals because I heard it is better for faster fat loss.

Been there!!!! Yeah, you are right.  You are the only one to really motivate you. 

It took me looking in the mirror one day.......MAKING myself look a my body in the mirror.  I didn't like what I saw.....I am 47 years old and I thought to myself....am I taking care of my body as a temple of God?......I didn't like living in my OWN skin...I needed to do something.....

It's been great having my son get up and go workout with me...but there have been some mornings that he has stayed up too late working on homework and couldn't get up......but, I still went to the Y!  Those days really made me happy with myself for completing my workout alone! 

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!"
