yeah! 8:30a Vinyasa Yoga class, and 50 minutes on the treadmill - 25 of which was jogging. Then hubby, father-in-law and I went bowling....I'm so excited watching all the calories burned add up!!! If I'm not too sore tomorrow, want to try the Sunday spin class I've been wanting to get to for a few weeks. This challenge just may motivate me!
katann glad to have you start whenever your ready =) I like to work out in the mornings cause sometimes my day gets hectict with five kids some times I wouldnt be able to squeeze one in other wise. I also like logging in my activity first thing in the morning so I can keep better track when logging my food something about starting at a deficit keeps me going. I also feel like I have more energy when I start my day out with a workout. I look forward to working out w/ you :p

I'm in too! I'm trying to get up at 4Am Monday thru Friday but sometimes it's just so hard to get out of bed! I feel so much better working out in the morning, as opposed to working out in the afternoon just gives you a jump start :)
Holy cow mabear! 5 kids tires me out just thinking about it - way to get time in for yourself in the mornings! I'm very impressed. I'll do my best to be right there with you tomorrow. Hope your day was great too!

Well another day another work out ! I am impressed with myself I finally managed one whole hour on the treadmill. I usually have to 30 on bike and thirty on tread cause I get bore on both, well today I set a new record =) Go me. It is 5:28 am here in the west coast of the sunshine state, and man was it ever a struggle to get out a bed this morning. but I did it and man am I glad that I did. I was up late last night and my boyfriend and his brother decided they were hungry and went out to applebees. And i was a good girl =) it was about 9:30 p.m when we got there they ordered and I watched wit my water and lemon. Got home hit bed around 11:00 pm man I think I may just go back to bed for a while as the kids will sleep in thismorning. Many burnt calories to all you all early birds! talk to you later. =p
I managed half an hour jogging/walking yesterday. :] Today is weights day and I'm letting my foot rest of a little. I did lots and lots of walking and all so.. :]
OK Mabear, do you have to rub it in that you get to go walk on the beach????? I am jealousssss! We just got back from Isle of Palms in SC oh how I loved it! The beach is awesomeeee!
My tennis has certainly created some sorness in me. I am going to my osteopath this week as my back is in need of a straighten!
Meanwhile, yesterday did Turbo with friend and then ended up walking the dogs a good hour. I actually trained a dog, I am good at training others not my own, and am wondering hmm does that burn calories? Meanwhile, I am doing well with the food but am finding it harder to post for some reason lately. Off to walk the dogs just added 300 songs to IPOD. I either listen to that or my Course in Miracles tapes. Have a great Sunday, peace out Tully

I am late, but I am in! I will need an extra push thought! On work days, I will need to be up by 5am! HELP!
carie87 I don't know about pushing you outa bed but I kinda just roll my self maybe we can tie a rope to me so when I fall out on to the floor you can roll on out with me. heehee. I know its hard but usuallly I feel alot better in the first few minutes in. then If my day gets to crazy like it oftens does it's done!any thing past that is icing on the cake. just wish I could eat the darn cake. lol
tully sorry to hear abot your back. I pulled mine doing cardio two weeks ago and I did alot of walking cause I couldn't do much else comfortably. Way to go on staying busy though.

well, didn't get to the spin class, waay to sore, but I did do my Hatha yoga this afternoon - back to 5:30a tomorrow! Boot Camp, yea!
wiegh to go k8ly on getting some exercise in there. I don't think it really matters what time you execise the important thing is you did it =p
I took today off to let my body get a rest but I will be up and raring to go with all you guys tomorrow.

Just checking in as promised. Did 40 minutes on treadmill with varying uphill segments. Also did 10 minutes walks to and from the gym.

alrighty - 5:30a Boot Camp class! Stayed up about an hour too late last night, so I aaaalmost crawled back in bed, but pushed that thought out of my head, and I made it!
I'm baaaaack!!! heehee good morning to all and top of the morning to you! Well I rode stationary bike for 30 mins and tread mill 30min and danced around w/ my daughters ipod for about another 10 minutes. I think I have used my bike so much that a nut came off ans the bolt is stripped and the pedal is ready to come off. If I did not know better I thought I was gonna go flying off my bike today. does any know if I can get parts replaced as this is a relatively new and I don't want to have to buy another one. Oh well good morning and I wish you all tons of calorie burn I am off to class. ;p

10 min Fat blaster workout: Not long, but very effective. I was sweating, and it takes a lot to break a sweat out of these pores of mine. I'm feeling Awesome. Of course there is more to come for moving and shaking today.

Well I got my weight training in beginning at 7:30. 1/2 hour with free weights. Shape7 I also do my devotional in the morning. Went to 6:00 am prayer at my church. Great to work out the body and the spirit first thing.
