Hey early risers! I NEED to get up and workout early, but it's so hard!! I am hoping to join this group and get motivated to be consistant with my am routine. I have lost 13 lbs. in the month I've been on this website, but my workouts are sporatic. Can I join? I've been reading the old posts here and am already feeling motivated by all of you! Welcome to the group. What is your plan? we would be happy to hear from you. I know it is hard but you can do it. I found it hard in the beginning but tried to go to bed early so I can get up earlier than I used to.

Good after noon every one. I did not get to work out this morning cause the weirdest thing happened , someone turned off every alarm in the house and man It was a very close call we were all Just on time for school and work. I am wondering if we had a power surge? any way Today was not good for me I was so hungry by the time our class got to break that it didn't matter what went in my mouth as long as my blood sugar was raising. needles to say I was famished when I got in again to night and made some poor choices when at home I really don't need to. Oh well tomorrow will be better.

Good morning. I did get up today at 4:45. I worked out from 5-6:15 at the gym doing elliptical, stairs, legs, and stretching. Hopefully i can do the same again tomorrow.

I was thinking about the "cool program - the couch to 5 K plan". I am really hoping that you and I and others could start this idea.

Ok, everyone. I am getting ready to leave the office. Tomorrow morning i am going to get up at 4:40 and go to the gym. I promise you all i will post tomorrow morning when i get to the office and let you know what kind of a workout i had. Talk to you tomorrow. Have a good night!!

Safinal is that the learn to run or similiar challenge? I don't know I always wanted like to run in say a marathon or something but I just don't know if I could really ever Run. Iget about 90 secs on the treadmill and I just wanna die.
I went to the gym today! Two days in a row. Thats great. Hope i can get there again tomorrow. I have 24 days left until i go on vacation to Puert Rico, so i need every workout i can get.

I hear ya mabear. I really can't wait. When i open my eyes in the morning i am soooo sleepy. It is way to early 4:40am. So my boyfriend gave me the idea of putting my favorite bathing suit on my night stand as a good motivator to get to the gym in the morning. He is helpful, he gets up at that time too, but to go to work.

k - I'm back after missing a couple days- but made it to my Circuit Class, 5:30am this morning. Day 1 of operation "Back on Track" complete ^_^. Tomorrow I WILL make it to a Spin Class - the instructor's showing up early to show me how to use the bike - so I'm committed! I'll let you guys know how it goes.
girlier - love the incentives - Puerto Rico and a bathing suit first thing when you open your eyes - that'll get ya movin'!! Two days in a row - atta girl!

Anyway, I was referring to a new program for beginners. Don't think I am a good runner, but I feel like I want to try something new... some thing will help me to lose more weight by the end of the summer. The program takes you step by step..

Hey guys. I just want to post that i am going to get up tomorrow again at 4:40 and workout at the gym from 5 to 6:30. I am going to do cardio and weights. Hey, I have been on the site for 2 weeks now and am just visiting the community blogs. I usually,(3-4 days a week), get up around 4:45 to work out. It is great to know that there are so many other crazies out there too. It was great reading everyones stories. I will stay in touch for motivation.
