I make a big batch and freeze them for a quick breakfast or pre-work out snack. Variations, add 2 tbsp. cocoa powder for chocolate waffles, or add 1 tsp. of cinnamon for cinnamon sugar waffles. NOTE: Add your favorite sweetner to taste.

| 500 | grams non-fat Cottage Cheese |
| 16 | Egg Whites (or 1 carton Egg White Beaters) |
- Blend all ingrediants together in a blender until smooth like pancake batter.
- Prepare in a waffle iron or as pancakes on griddle.
