I'm trying to lose body fat, while working out to build muscle at the same time. By the time I get home from the gym, I have an hour and a half before I have to leave for work. I need some suggestions for some quick healthy high protein lunches for when I get home.

You could make a quick pita pocket... I buy the whole wheat, oat bran and flax pita pockets that are only 60 calories and have 6 grams of protein and no sugar. I vary it up with what I put in it. sometimes I put an individual tuna cup for 80 calories along with veges. Sometimes I scramble up some egg whites, tomato and add salt and pepper. And Ive also done diced chicken with avocado and veges. Either way, you can't go wrong with them. They are very filling and depending on what you put inside can have tons of protein.... especially if you have one of these and a protein shake too........
I buy the chicken tenderloin strips that are in a 10lb bag frozen and you pull them right from freezer and put into broiler and cook for about 10 mins.. Very fast!!!! Or you could cook some up at beginning of week and then pull them out of fridge as needed....

Thats what I live off of. Turkey breast sandwiches and chicken ceasar salad. I could use some new ideas too.
try tofu - your own recipe or pre-packaged tofu snacks - there's a huge variety now - my favorite is Pete's brand Mambo Italiano (4 large pieces at $2.69 at our local Safeway) - it comes with a tangy tomato sauce - i often have a piece of fruit and glass of skim milk with tofu for lunch but after work it would make for a nice small meal at around 450 calories for the whole package of tofu, the milk and a small piece of fruit
I work full time and go to school full time so I never have any spare time at all. I have one meal that I eat with 1000 different variations. Essentially I take a lean piece of meat and toss it on the George Foreman until it is done. While it is cooking I pull out all the veggies I can find in my refrigerator and chop them (if needed) and put them in a whole wheat tortilla. I add the meat and then either some salsa, some Newman's Own light dressing or maybe a bit of cheese. I wrap it up like a burrito and throw it back on the george for a few minutes. The bread gets all toasty and the veggies get warm and it is SO good!
For the entire process it is only about 10-15 minutes. To save time I also chop up a big ole onion once a week to keep in the fridge and I buy matchstick carrots at the store. I change up the meat and veggies all the time so I never get tired of it. I also freeze my meat in single servings so that I can pull it straight out of the freezer and drop it on the grill. It makes the grill wear out a little faster, but I don't really care. (And remember that logically frozen meat takes longer to cook than thawed meat)

i seem to do the same thing as the rest of the people on this post. i go with wraps(whole wheat) or pitas they vary in cals from 60-100 with lean chkn, turkey, or fish. some days i put veggies and hummus on wrap or let/spicy relish/mushrooms/green pprs/pickles on them. but i have one every day for lunch w/apple. they are really filling. even a t dinner sometimes i have my protein in a wrap/pita w/spinach or sauer kraut and a huge salad full of veggies with it.
as far as more protein for the vegetarian, how about: egg whites or beans
