Easy to make meatballs to top pasta or to put in soup. Quick recipe with little clean up and great taste.

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tbs. parsley flakes
2 large eggs
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

  2. Mash with your hands (or a large fork) thoroughly.

  3. Measure and Roll into tablespoon size balls and place on a baking pan.

  4. Cook in a 375 degree oven for 12 minutes.

  5. Cut a meatball in half to make sure it isn't pink.

  6. Put meatballs into your favorite pasta sauce or into a homemade soup.

  7. Enjoy!
