Recipe Ingredients for Easy Quiche

1 pint of Egg Beaters
1 cup baby spinach
1 Salt, Pepper
2 oz of Mozzarella, part skim

Recipe Directions for Easy Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and gently stir together

  3. Use cooking spray on a 9x13 baking dish and pour egg mixture into it.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes.

  5. When cooled, cut into 6 equal pieces and serve.
